Most of my time is spent on paid work these days, but I have added an edition of the gospel in Afrikaans, available by the verse, chapter, or book. Also available as LDIF updates. Be sure your browser is configured to use UTF-8 (Unicode) for its character encoding.

Allow me to say a few words about Mentata NONE ('niks' is the word for 'none' in Afrikaans). The machine hosting this site is a commodity desktop, with a price tag under $1K. It runs at under 5% capacity in all dimensions. All of the software it uses was downloaded off of the internet, configured, and installed in a few hours. It has the latest recommended versions of all applicable packages. My process is documented and repeatable. The platform can support monolithic, distributed, and p2p topologies. Over the next year I plan to add finishing touches, including encryption, caching, SSO, view layer, and XML. If you think I've just been pissing into the wind, think again.
