I want to spend my life creating something of value. By that I mean that in my career as an independent software consultant and developer, I want to create products that are high quality, used by many, and known for benefits that massively outweigh their total cost of ownership. I've designed around an architecture so common that many organizations already have some of the prerequisite pieces, and can get quality implementations of any they don't have for free. I have built software that empowers the smaller enterprise to build sophisticated web applications and services. I have sacrificed much to gain the rights to this software, and I now release it to the world as free and open source under the Free Software Foundation's General Public License. May I present the Mentata
