3. Project organization and resources

Jon Roberts, sole proprietor of Mentata Systems, will serve as manager and lead developer for all aspects of the project. He will initially code and test the software for each distribution on his development network, then publish it on the production server that hosts www.mentata.com. Authority over the LDAPHttp code base will remain with Mentata Systems. Participation is welcome, but will be limited for the course of this effort to feedback, testing, patching, web interactions, and the separate development of additional applications. Facilities for supporting such community functions will be a focus in additional LDAPHttp example application development.
